Terms & Conditions for Custom Order
1. Order and Pricing.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to check the gold price and making charges at the time of placing the order.
- A minimum 10% deposit is required to place an order. This does not lock the gold price.
- To lock in the gold price, the customer must pay at least 80% of the total order value.
- The final price (if not locked) will be based on the gold rate on the day of pickup with full payment.
2. Order Completion.
- x Please allow reasonable time for the completion of your order.
- We will notify you once your order is ready. Please do not call to inquire about its status.
- Orders must be picked up within 10 days of notification.
3. Cancellation Policy.
- If the customer cancels the order or fails to pick it up within 2 weeks, 10% of the total order value will be deducted as a cancellation fee.
- Example: On a $1000 order, $100 will be deducted; the remaining balance will be refunded.
- If we are unable to complete your order or if there is a significant delay, we will provide a full refund of your deposit.

- No guarantee is provided for precious stones, pearls, rhodium, or studded jewellery.
- Stones may become loose or fall out due to rough use. Please wear such items gently. 22KT gold is a soft metal. Avoid applying force as it may
bend or break the jewellery. - If damaged, we will inspect the item. If repairable, it can be fixed at an extra cost, but no warranty will be provided for the repair.

- Nose pins are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for hygiene and safety reasons — even within 24 hours, even if gifted by a third party.
- Earrings cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons. We may buy them as buy back price.
6. Customised Orders.
- After placing a customised order, Dhunna Jewellers will aim to complete it on time.
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Customised items are handmade, and exact weight and design may slightly vary.
- Final weight may be slightly above or below the expected grams.
7. Shipment and Delivery.
- Please record a video while opening your shipment to ensure the product is received in the correct condition.

- Once you are informed that your custom jewellery is ready, please pick it up within 10 days.
- If delayed, Dhunna Jewellers reserves the right to adjust billing based on the higher of the gold rate at the time of order placement or at the time of pickup.
- Dhunna Jewellers will not bear any loss due to gold price fluctuation.
