Dhunna Jewellers offers free lifetime warranty against any manufacturer defects. This may include, but is not limited to, prong defects, porosity issues or design flaws. If you feel that your ring is in need of repair due to a manufacturer defect, we ask that you send your ring in for an evaluation. If we determine that the repair is needed due to manufacturer defect, it will be repaired free of charge. Our lifetime warranty does not include every day wear and tear or abuse/neglect. We also cannot cover any Dhunna Jewellers pieces that have been worked on by another jeweller.
